Take Part in Take 10

Healthwatch Leeds has launched a new project aimed at getting feedback from service users about their experiences of using health and care services in Leeds. If you:

  • Work with service users/patients/community groups or meet people who use health and care services in Leeds
  • Are passionate about getting their voices heard
  • Would like them to be involved with making services better

This is chance to provide feedback.

Let Take 10 Project Worker Jessica Duffy tell you more:

“Hello, my name is Jessica Duffy and I am the new Take 10 Project Worker. My job is to tell people all about the Healthwatch Leeds Take 10 Project and encourage you all to take part.

Take 10 is an opportunity for individuals, groups and organisations to take 10 minutes to share what works and what could be improved in your interactions with health and care services. Healthwatch can then take this information to the people who buy and deliver services in Leeds, to influence the way services are delivered.

You can take part in Take 10 by registering on the Healthwatch Leeds website, but if your group would like to know more about it first, that’s what I’m here for.  I can come along to one of your group meetings and tell you more about what Take 10 is and how you can get involved.

I’m only here for 6 months, so please get in touch as soon as you can – you can call me on 0113 898 0035, or email me at

My usual working days are Wednesday to Friday but I can be flexible so if your team or group meet on other days of the week or in the evening I’m happy fit around you”
