Entries are invited for the Leeds Learning Disability Week 2016 Photography Competition.

The competition celebrates the diversity of Learning Disability and encourages people with learning disabilities to show us what matters to them about their lives.

This year entries can be made under the 3 categories:

  1. Get Me?
This category only includes pictures of someone with a learning disability, entered in their name, taken by them (a selfie) or somebody else.
  2. Artistic and creative
In this category the photo must be taken by someone with a learning disability.
  3. Outdoors and nature
In this category the photo must be taken by someone with a learning disability.

All photos should be sent by email to
yourhealthmatters.lypft@nhs.net

Entries are being displayed within the Leeds Learning Disability Facebook page where you can also find photos from previous years.

“There is a lot that you can say with a photo, even if you can’t say it using words.”

For a competition flyer with more details of the rules please see below. Deadline: 1 June
