Members Network – Feb 2016

16 February 2016, Shine | 10am - 12 noon

At this meeting we will be joined by Angela Catley, Director of Development and Communications at Community Catalysts CIC. Angela will be sharing stories about community social enterprises and ventures for people with a learning disability they have worked with and how they support with people with a learning disability to help them establish their own enterprise, initiative or group.

Kate Holdsworth from Hft will be there too to tell us more about the Keeping in Touch project. Keeping in Touch arranges nights out for groups of friends with learning disabilities across Leeds, with an average of 14 groups going out every week.

It is also a chance for us to talk to you in advance of the Leeds Learning Disability Partnership Board meeting in March about the activities Tenfold members provide linked to the Being Connected strand of the Leeds Learning Disability Strategy. If you are delivering this sort of work please try and be there!
